The Touch CMS is a next generation touch-screen optimised Content Management System (CMS) which we have developed not only to be intuitive to use for all levels of IT knowledge but to encompass a host of powerful business modules to provide your business with efficiency in all aspects of the order process.
Firstly, let us show you the graphical user interface (GUI) of the Touch CMS and how unique, efficient for managing stock and feature rich it is.
Touch is a browser based application which means that it is accessable from any networked device and security measures are in place ensuring only nominated staff have access.
The Touch Opener
Not all of a staff members time will be spent at the computer in Touch adding new products or dealing with orders but knowing when a new order has been made so it can be processed immediately is paramount to the running of any effective company. This is where the "Touch Opener" comes in.
The "Touch Opener" is a small rectangular window which remains upon the desktop of each staff member with a real-time status of the number of new orders waiting to be processed. This means the staff member can continue to use their computer for other work matters but be always aware of orders.
When a new order is ready to be dealt with then the staff member can then easily launch the Touch CMS application.

After launching Touch using the "Touch Opener" then there is about a 20 second loading time whilst the application downloads from the web server. Once downloaded then you are presented with the product section (sections are dependant upon the Enterprise level chosen).
Take a look at (fig 2) at how the main interface looks (click on thumbnail screenshot to enlarge) and here you will see the list of web site departments on the left-hand side along with a listing of products contained within the chosen category.
It is obviously difficult to demonstrate to you the complete working interface and how various product manipulations or invoicing are carried out, but we have listed below screenshots associated with a number of important aspects of the system.
