Touch Websites - Customer Reviews
Allowing customers to read reviews from other customers is a very powerful selling tool. It immediately promotes to the customer that you are a fair and understanding business that takes what customers say seriously and have no problem with customers providing feedback (good and bad) about the products you sell.
In fact this in itself is a great way to know which products sell well and which don’t. At the bottom of a product page we can provide a very simple form that asks for a persons name, location and review. No personal contact information is asked for as this puts people off from writing reviews. This review is then put into a holding state in Touch where you can read it and then approve/reject it. Once approved it will be added to the bottom of a product page.
