A Touch system provides a site wide product search capability that covers product codes, product titles and descriptions. We can provide bespoke advanced search forms which may include product brands, suitability for age ranges, gender and other product parameters.
"Type and Appear" Searching
Unique to a Touch solution is our search technology that provides the user with product matches whilst they type. There is no need to press the "return" key nor type in the complete keyword as the results may appear on screen before the word has been fully entered.
The "Type and Appear" search also is an overlay on top of the current page the user is on meaning that the user is not taken away from where they are in the web site. The search results can be brought back on screen on any page as well meaning that the last search term entered never needs to be typed in again.
